What you will do
Development on the Shopware stores of our customers
Development on our Shopware extensions (Apps & Plugins)
Strategic technical consulting (via email & online video calls)
Respond to and handle technical support inquiries & tickets (via email & online video calls).
Regular exchange in the team via Slack
Who you should be
Ambitious and determined.
Patient when technology doesn't work right away (bugs & elaborate features).
You are customer and service oriented and have a friendly and communicative manner.
Committed and with a quick grasp, a structured way of working and a high willingness to learn.
Able to follow existing processes.
Prior years of development experience required.
Experience in agencies advantageous, but not mandatory.
Education/studies: is secondary. However, good degrees are certainly not rejected.
