Our small team consists of experienced developers who are eager to share their knowledge and skills with you. But the most important thing is that we really approach the projects together with our customers. Decisions are not made over your head, but planned and implemented together with you!
We work in a remote agency and offer home office, which means you can work flexibly from your own four walls and plan your own working hours - as long as you are available from 10am.
If you do well during the probationary period, then you don't necessarily have to work only in Germany. As long as you have good internet and can show up to online meetings normally, you can work from anywhere in Europe! We strongly believe that a creative job needs a creative environment.
Your task
You should have profound knowledge in frontend (HTML, Twig, Javascript & Sass) and backend (PHP, Symfony, Vue, MySQL & possibly Elasticsearch). Writing a clean code and versioning it cleanly in Git should be a matter of course towards your future clients and us. If you also have experience with web hosting providers like Profihost, Timme Hosting and Platform.sh, this is a plus, but not a must.
We also attach great importance to independence, motivation and helpfulness. We work and communicate directly with our customers via the team chat platform Slack and the ticket management tool Asana . This means that you will also independently create tasks that make sense to you and tackle them.
Since we communicate with our customers in German and English, you should also be able to use both languages at least well, both written and spoken.

Yes, we work exclusively remotely! This saves us stress and a lot of commuting time. So we can concentrate on the essential work.
If you do well during the probationary period, then you can also work out of Europe. The only important thing to know is that you have to pay all the expenses (e.g. rent, flight, internet, etc) yourself.
